Mains

Smoked lamb:    Lamb backstrap, cumin, eggplant, mint

Duck:                  Roast duck & cherries 

Mains served with roasted duck fat agria potatoes with confit garlic & thyme, and smoked carrots with goat’s cheese & pistachio praline

    

Dessert

Chocolate delice: Chocolate, salted caramel, hazelnut

Pana cotta:           Stone fruit
