About the event
As one of the founders of the Central Otago wine industry Greg Hay has learnt a thing or two about producing stand-out cool climate wine. From starting with his brother Rob, setting up the highly esteemed Chard Farm, then Peregrine, Greg's more than left his mark on the region. His latest venture Wet Jacket is arguably producing his best wine ever - with a limited range, all of which are stand-out expressions of their variety.
